Crucial Care is providing something new in healthcare! Crucial Care operates 4 freestanding Urgent Care / Emergency clinics in Orlando and Jacksonville. The facilities provide patients access to Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians as well as modern technology and equipment, including a CT Scanner, Xray, Ultrasound and and a full blood lab. And because the facilities are hyper-efficient, they offer these advanced services at a cost that is typically up to 60% lower than the cost of a Hospital ER. We are hiring:

(2) customer service representatives to work with our established patient customer base in Orlando and Jacksonville. They will make calls to our customers to follow up on clinic visits, schedule follow up appointments, coordinate referrals, and handle any general questions or concerns that may arise. This is a 90% phone work position and requires the ability to make 100-150 outbound calls daily. You will sit in our company headquarters office (not a call center).
